Monica has been an essential part of Dr. Halihan Family Dentistry since joining the team after graduating from the First Institute Dental Assisting program in 2015. In 2017, she further expanded her skills by earning her Coronal Polishing and Sealant Certificate, showcasing her dedication to professional growth and patient care. Monica thrives working chairside with every doctor in the office, where her primary focus is helping patients achieve and maintain healthy, beautiful smiles. She takes great pride in ensuring every patient feels comfortable, cared for, and at ease during their appointments.

Outside of the office, Monica is a devoted partner to Jesus and a loving mother to their three children, Andrew, Ayla, and Arlene. Family is at the center of her life, and she cherishes every moment spent with them. In her free time, Monica is also an amazing dancer, bringing the same passion and energy she has for dentistry to the dance floor. Her vibrant personality, combined with her commitment to excellence, makes her a beloved member of the Halihan Family Dentistry team.
